DENISE D. CAMPANELLA, LL.B.
Family Lawyer
Denise was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993 after receiving her Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. Since then she has practised in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate, Estates and Family Law, dedicating her practice exclusively to Family Law in 1998. Prior to earning her law degree, Denise worked in the financial industry where she gained a wealth of banking and accounting experience.
As a Family Law lawyer, Denise has negotiated, drafted, reviewed and finalized marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, paternity agreements and separation agreements. Her practice is focused on settlement-oriented law which involves traditional Negotiation as well as the Collaborative Law process.
Over the years, Denise has represented clients in court and outside of court in separation and divorce proceedings. Some of her cases have involved mental health issues, physical and mental abuse, and high conflict situations. |

Denise is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the York Region Law Association, the York Region Collaborative Practice Group, and the Toronto Collaborative Practice Group. She has also served as an instructor at the Bar Admissions Course (BAC) where she taught the Professional Responsibility and Family Law sections.
