Stephanie Di Frederico, B.A. (Hons), LL.B.
Stephanie represents clients in matrimonial litigation on issues arising out of separation and divorce. These issues include custody and access; spousal support; child support; division and equalization of property; restraining orders; mobility and non-removal of the child from the jurisdiction; exclusive possession of the matrimonial home; non-dissipation of property; and trust claims (constructive and resulting trust). Stephanie’s practice also includes the negotiation of pre-nuptial agreements, marriage contracts, separation agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Stephanie earned a Specialized Honours degree in Psychology from York University in Toronto and obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Ontario in London. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005. Prior to joining Bortolussi Family Law, Stephanie articled at a large law firm in Toronto.

Her professional memberships include the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the York Region Law Association. She is also a member of the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization (CIAO).
