PATRICIA RODRIGUEZ-MCNEILL, B.A. (HONS.), LL.B.

Family Lawyer

Throughout her legal career, Patricia has represented clients both in and outside of court in all areas of Family Law, including separation; divorce; custody and access; child and spousal support; restraining orders; property division; cohabitation agreements; marriage contracts; and separation agreements. She has regularly appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice.

Prior to completing her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Ottawa in 2004, Patricia obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law and Society from York University. She was called to the Ontario Bar in November 2005 after articling with a sole practitioner in Toronto, where she gained considerable experience in all areas of Family Law.

Patricia is dedicated to providing legal services in a manner which is effective, ethical and client-centered. Fluent in Spanish, she is pleased to offer bilingual services to her clients.
