JULIE ZIMMERMAN, Vaughan Family Law Lawyer, Collaborative Lawyer

Julie has been practising Family Law since her call to the bar in 2010. Her practice includes assisting and representing clients in a full range of Family Law matters, including complex parenting, financial support, and property issues, separation and divorce, and negotiating and drafting domestic contracts including Marriage Contracts and Separation Agreements.

Julie has advocated on behalf of her clients before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice throughout the Greater Toronto Area. In her practice, she also engages alternative dispute resolution processes including mediation, mediation-arbitration, and the Collaborative Family Law process.

Julie approaches each client’s matter with dedication, diligence, and attention to detail, and she strives to achieve a fair and efficient resolution for each of her clients. From the initial consultation to the conclusion of a matter, she takes care to communicate honestly and regularly with her clients and provide each client with the information and advice he or she needs to understand and move forward with the legal issues affecting his or her particular circumstances.

Julie Zimmerman earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Osgoode Hall Law School and graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from York University.

Julie is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, York Region Family Law Association, and York Collaborative Practice.
